I can be anxious and it is not a sign that doomsday is here.
Something can go seriously and unexpectedly wrong and I can still be "fine"
I have accomplished more in my life than I am willing to admit.
I do have a role in My Church.
I am valued.
For the most part, I'm blessed and gifted.
