For the first time in the History of The US House of Representatives, The entire Constitution will be read aloud at the start of the Opening Session of this NEW CONGRESS!
The New House leadership also is going to ask that an explanation of how the legislator/ legislators' proposed bill has Constitutional Authority. That seems good- let's make sure that our legislators know the Constitution, put it into practice and make sure that the laws they strive to write actually adhere to the Constitution!
